What is Nexus Voices?

Stylized number one with a gradient purple color, designed with a circular base and a vertical line extending above it.

Nexus Voices is a live, small-cohort leadership storytelling experience where you work with real, meaningful moments from your life and leadership — not scripts or simulations.

Rather than teaching public speaking as a performance skill, we treat storytelling as a leadership practice—a way to communicate with clarity, build trust, and foster shared understanding across teams, cultures, and power dynamics.

This is leadership development — grounded in story, reflection, and deliberate practice with a curated cohort of leaders, founders, and creators.

Who Nexus Voices is designed for

Leaders and managers navigating complexity and influence across diverse teams

Founders and entrepreneurs articulating vision, purpose, and credibility

Creators, facilitators, and community builders seeking deeper resonance and authority

Global citizens working across cultures, industries, and identities

No professional speaking experience is required.

What is required is a willingness to show up, reflect, practice, and learn with others.

How Learning & Transformation Take Place

The Nexus Method ™

Nexus Voices is built on The Nexus Method™ — an experiential approach to leadership development grounded in:

Silhouettes of people gathered on a hilltop at sunset, some taking photos, others chatting, with one person holding a flag, near the ocean.

01 / Story

Story is where leadership becomes visible.

Stories reveal how leadership shows up in real time — through what we choose to share, what we leave unsaid, and the meaning we make of our experiences.

In Nexus Voices, stories are not performances.

They are mirrors — reflecting values, identity, and how we make sense of the world.

What this unlocks: clarity, authenticity, and trust.

A man sitting on a bench outdoors during sunset, wearing sunglasses and a denim jacket with a hoodie, looking at the horizon.

02 / Presence

Presence is how you are felt in the room.

Learning and transformation occur through interaction, reflection, and live feedback — within a carefully curated group where attention, listening, and awareness are valued.

This is practice-first, feedback-driven learning.

Not theory. Not scripts. Real moments, observed together.

What this builds: confidence, self-awareness, and relational intelligence.

Four friends standing on rocks in the woods with arms raised, smiling happily under tall trees.

03 / Impact

Impact is what remains after the words.

The room becomes a learning instrument — offering diverse perspectives, cultural lenses, and real-time insight into how stories land.

We work with simple, repeatable frameworks — including KEY™ and ARC-CQ™ (CQ = Cultural Intelligence) — to help participants adapt voice, message, and meaning across contexts, cultures, and power dynamics.

What this creates: influence that resonates and lasts.

Nexus Voices is built on The Nexus Method™, an experiential approach grounded in leadership development, interpersonal dynamics, and adult learning.

At the core is a simple idea: stories become a mirror for how leadership shows up in real time.

Learning happens through:

  • live storytelling practice

  • observation of presence and group dynamics

  • real-time reflection and feedback

  • learning alongside a diverse, carefully curated cohort

Rather than separating content from experience, the room itself becomes part of the curriculum. Insight emerges through interaction, dialogue, and shared inquiry — much like the most formative moments of university life.

Frameworks and tools are intentionally simple and repeatable.

The deeper learning happens in practice.

Leadership Impact in Practice

Real outcomes from leaders who’ve done the work

“Nexus Voices helped me connect the dots between my experiences, values, and how I show up as a leader. The real-time feedback and reflection gave me clarity I still use in high-stakes conversations.”

Phong Tran

“Nexus Voices creates space for deep reflection and real growth. You don’t just tell stories — you understand how your presence lands, and that changes how you lead.”

George Mack

Global Campaign Manager, Fastly

“The power of Nexus Voices is the room. Learning how my stories landed — across cultures and perspectives — was a breakthrough for my leadership.”

A Global Community of Practice

Joining the 10 Nexus ecosystem

Nexus Voices stands on its own as a complete leadership experience — and also serves as a gateway into the broader 10 Nexus Global school.

10 Nexus is a global learning community where leaders, builders, and creators come together to:

  • learn through experience rather than instruction

  • engage in rigorous, reflective conversation

  • exchange stories that shape perspective and leadership

  • and co-create ideas, initiatives, and future paths

Graduates of Nexus Voices may be invited to continue through:

  • Nexus Salons & Dinners

  • advanced storytelling labs

  • retreats and residencies

  • peer circles and long-term dialogue

Participation across the 10 Nexus ecosystem is by invitation and mutual fit.

Each space is intentionally curated. We look for alignment in values, presence, and readiness — and take care to ensure the right mix of people at the right moment.

There is no expectation to continue.

Only an invitation — extended thoughtfully, when alignment is clear.
