10 Nexus Salon with Ambassador Ted Osius:

Storytelling, Leadership, and the Power of Narrative

Ho Chi Minh City, March 28

Join us for an intimate, curated storytelling salon with Ambassador Ted Osius — diplomat, educator, bridge-builder, and a lifelong advocate for cross-cultural understanding.

In this living-room style conversation, we will explore how stories shape leadership, identity, and global connection in an increasingly complex world. From diplomacy and public service to entrepreneurship and personal journeys across cultures, this evening invites thoughtful leaders, founders, and creators to reflect on the narratives that define who we are and how we lead.

Hosted by Henry V Bao and the 10 Nexus Global community, this salon is designed as a warm, high-trust space for meaningful dialogue, shared stories, and authentic connection between multicultural, multi-hyphenate leaders.

This is not a typical networking event.

It is a curated circle for those who believe in the power of voice, empathy, and storytelling to build bridges across cultures and communities.

Seats are limited. Application required.

Ideal for: multicultural leaders, founders, storytellers, creators, and globally-minded builders.

10 Nexus Salons: stories that shape us

Where leaders gather to learn, co-create, and shape what comes next—together.

Nexus Salons are contemporary gatherings for dialogue and shared exploration, hosted in cultural spaces across global cities.

We begin many of our salons and dinners with a simple guiding question:

“What matters most to you?”

Our salons extend an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and create room for thoughtful dialogue, where leaders, founders, artists, and creators come together to think, reflect, and learn alongside one another.

Here, our networks provide the classroom, and stories become the curriculum.

We value depth, curiosity, and intellectual generosity.

Through shared stories and guided conversation, we explore ideas and questions that rarely find space elsewhere: dialogue that is honest, reflective, and human—where stories surface, perspectives shift, and connection unfolds naturally.

10 Nexus San Francisco: Stories of Voyage and Transformation

10 Nexus Salons

Born in France and Italy during the 17th and 18th centuries, salons have long served as spaces where ideas, culture, and human connection converge.

They were places not only to exchange thoughts, but to shape how people understood themselves and the world.

In an age of constant digital connection, we believe such spaces are more necessary than ever.

Nexus Salons create room for meaningful, in-person conversations about what truly matters.

Members gather in intimate settings to explore themes often left untouched in everyday life—purpose and values, transformation, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the inner work of leadership.

A Table. A Theme. A Circle of Stories.

Nexus Salons and Dinners are intimate gatherings where conversation is the main course.

Hosted in private homes and cultural spaces around the world, they invite small groups to pause, reflect, and explore meaningful questions together.

Each salon centers on a theme and unfolds through a carefully curated “Conversation Menu” of questions, guided by a 10 Nexus host or ambassador.

There are no panels or pitches - only presence, storytelling, and shared inquiry.

Through these evenings, participants reconnect with what matters most, discover new perspectives, and leave with a sense of belonging that lingers long after the table is cleared.
