Rather than teaching public speaking as a performance skill, we treat storytelling as a leadership practice—a way to communicate with clarity, build trust, and foster shared understanding across teams, cultures, and power dynamics.

Nexus Voices unfolds over a guided journey designed to build depth and integration over time.

Participants explore:

  • formative moments and values that shape voice

  • purpose and meaning in personal or organizational stories

  • real leadership situations (meetings, pitches, talks, transitions)

  • integration of story, presence, and context into a signature narrative

Specific exercises, prompts, and frameworks are shared inside the program.

  • Small cohort: 6-12 / cohort

  • Practice-first, feedback-driven learning

  • Graduation Storytelling Night with special guests, where participants can invite friends & family

  • Explore formative experiences, values, and the stories that shape your voice. 

  • Craft personal or organizational “why” stories and see how meaning shifts across audiences and cultures.  

  • Bring real situations (meetings, pitches, podcasts, talks) and practice story + presence under pressure.

  • Refine a leadership story that unifies voice, presence, and context — and prepare to share it beyond the room.

There will also be a graduation night and storytelling salons where participants can practice public speaking.
